Application:

l Used to test the plugging and unplugging lifespan of cordless kettles and their bases.

l This equipment can preset the number of tests (up to 999,999 times), automatically record the number of tests and the number of conductive times during operation, and automatically alarm and stop when reaching the preset number of times or when a fault occurs.

Functionality:

1. Controlled by a PLC electrical system, using a stepper motor to drive the ball screw for reciprocating mechanical arm actions.

2. Full operation via a touch screen; parameters such as kettle plugging and unplugging test cycles, time, travel, and speed can be preset. The touch screen features manual adjustment and real-time position display for more precise and effective adjustment of the sample and device compatibility.

3. Multifunctional fixture with adjustable height to suit different kettle tests.

4. Automatic switching between load and no-load testing, also capable of independent testing. The device has a built-in load and can be used by plugging the kettle into the socket.

5. Equipped with auxiliary mechanisms to effectively supplement the switching action during load testing.

6. Floor-standing structure with casters for easy movement, rigid frame for stability, sprayed sealing panel, and aluminum sandblasted fixtures.
